Our highly skilled team serves patients in English and Spanish, from our forty thousand square foot facility in Miami Lakes and five satellite branches throughout Florida locations

Intake Department:
Assists patients with recurring needs such as oxygen refills and diabetic supplies.

Referral Department:
Dedicated to servicing new referrals from health plans, hospitals or physician’s offices.

We use a secured centralized fax server that delivers information via e-mail using a dedicated fax line for every health plan. Information is entered into our MedTrac system – a proprietary software program developed by All-Med - which tracks every referral, each step of the way.

Delivery Department:
With our 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Miami Lakes, along with our 5 wholly owned distribution centers throughout the state and our fleet of delivery vehicles stocked with Perpetual Inventory; guarantee that we will have the medical equipment you need on hand.

Our dispatchers, using GPS technology, ensure that the closest vehicle to the patients home, hospital or nursing facility is dispatched, significantly reducing the wait time.

Respiratory Department:
Helps patients from; pediatrics to geriatrics, who require Ventilators, CPAPs, Respiratory Assist Devices, Apnea Monitors Phototherapy, Nebulizer Compressors or Oxygen.

Our Tele-Med Unit allows our technicians to monitor patient home respiratory equipment via phone lines forwarding essential data to physicians and health plans.
