Licensed and Bonded FISO
All-Med Management Systems, Inc. (“AMMS”), a subsidiary of All-Med Services of Florida, Inc., is a licensed and bonded Fiscal Intermediary Service Organization (“FISO”) in the state of Florida, which specializes in ancillary medical services. Florida Statute, Section 641.316, Chapter 641, requires FISO licensed companies to maintain a fidelity and surety bond.
Our FISO license allows AMMS to enter into risk contracts with health plans and offer these bonds as a means to ensure payment of claims to all downstream providers, further reducing financial risk to the health plans. In order to qualify for a FISO license, AMMS underwent intense investigation of the owner and senior management team as well as our financial stability and overall corporate structure/policies. Our FISO license demonstrates to our health care partners a financial commitment to providing quality ancillary services.
AMMS pioneered the concept of an integrated delivery system for ancillary services to health plans in South Florida over 15 years ago. It was through our innovative referral systems and diversified experience of our Senior Management team that lead us to the success All-Med and our health plan partners enjoy today.
The AMMS team collectively possesses over 70 years experience in managing patient care from the health plan and provider aspect. We understand the importance of same day discharges, redirecting patients from the Emergency Room to a sub-acute or home setting as well as reducing overall medical loss ratios.
The key to our success has been the implementation of our unique On-Site/Off-Site Ancillary System of Integrated Services (OASIS), providing patients a “one stop shop”.
The OASIS system controls both home health and total healthcare costs while ensuring continuity of services with accountability.
