All-Med Services of Florida, Inc., is an independently owned and operated certified Minority Business Enterprise. All-Med serves our patients from our corporate office in Miami Lakes as well as our distributions centers throughout the State. Our company was founded by Raul Rodriguez who served as our CEO until the appointment in June of 2010 of Mr. Jorge A. Pereda.  Mr. Rodriguez maintains and active role in the organization serving as our Executive Chairman. 

In an effort to ensure that our patients and business partners receive world class service, All-Med has invested in a state of the art employee-training center at our corporate office in Miami Lakes. Our skilled facilitators provide our staff with the latest training on clinical, regulatory and legislative items to ensure quality service.  This level of training and focus on detail gave All-Med the distinction of being ranked number 13 nationally among the industries’ top companies in the December 2000 issue of Home Care Magazine and number 1 of all the Florida companies that were surveyed.

All-Med is licensed by the State of Florida as a Home Medical Equipment provider and oxygen retailer.   In addition, we possess an FDA registration for oxygen transfilling, enabling us to respond to patients’ oxygen needs immediately without depending on subcontractors. All-Med has been a provider in good standing, of Durable Medical Equipment and Supplies for Medicare and Medicaid recipients in Florida since our founding in 1987, received our initial Joint Commission accreditation in 1995 and has successfully maintained our accreditation.

Over the years All-Med created an integrated healthcare delivery system in order meet the needs of our Medicare, Medicaid and Managed care patients.  The service offering includes home medical and respiratory equipment, home infusion services and home health care.  This all inclusive offering has allowed All-Med has expanded our patient base to include several large managed care organizations in the Florida market. In an effort to better meet the needs of our expanded population, All-Med developed an innovative referral tracking system to ensure expedient and quality care to our patients while controlling medical costs. We understand the importance of same day discharges, redirecting patients from the Emergency Room to a sub-acute or home setting, as well as, reducing the overall hospital bed days per thousand and medical loss ratios.

All-Med’s extended hours of operation from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Saturday ensure that physicians, hospitals and patients can always reach one of our multilingual team members.  For those times when after hour’s emergencies arise, our home care technicians and respiratory therapists are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet their needs. This comprehensive on-call program, which includes all members of the management team ensures consistent and expedient services. As part of our mission to put our patient’s needs first and foremost, we equip all of our vehicles with sufficient inventory to meet patient needs, such as hospital discharges, that may arise after our vehicles have begun their route.  Each vehicle is also equipped with a global positioning system that allows our dispatch team to assign orders to the technician closest to the patient and assist them in finding difficult to locate addresses.  In addition we work  with United Parcel Service to ship monthly maintenance supplies to our patients. This system gives patients the ability to place orders via telephone for supplies and receive them anywhere in the State of Florida next day.
