Performance Guarantees

In the event that a hospital discharge is delayed a day due to All-Med's inability to deliver services upon a complete order including all pertinent documentation to commence plan of care, All-Med agrees to reimburse the Plan for the additional costs incurred for that hospital day.

• Hospital Discharges for DME and Respiratory Services will be completed within four (4) hours after receipt of a complete prescription/order.
• Routine DME and Respiratory orders will be completed within (24) business hours after receipt of a completed prescription.
• Oxygen Refills will be delivered the same day.
• Diabetic Monitors, Ostomy and Urological Supplies will be delivered within (72) business hours after receipt of a completed prescription and authorization.
• Hospital Discharges for Infusion Services will be completed within six (6) hours of receipt of a complete prescription/order and authorization.
• Hospital Discharges for TPN will be completed within twelve (12) hours of receipt of a complete order and authorization.
• Routine Infusion Services will be completed within the same business day of receipt of a complete prescription/order and autorization.
