What cities/counties do you provide service in?
All-Med currently services 26 counties in the state of Florida- Miami-Dade, Broward, Osceola, Orange, Okeechobee, Martin, Palm Beach, Polk, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Hillsboro, Indian River, Seminole, St. Lucie, De Soto, Hardee, Manatee, Sarasota, Brevard, Collier, Charlotte, Lee, Hendry, Lake and Volusia.

How can I get a scooter or motorized wheelchair through my insurance?
A prescription from your doctor is required with a qualifying diagnosis and mobility assessment. Your health plan would need to review it and give an authorization

Please note scooters or power wheelchairs are not to be use in lieu of a car. They are to enhance mobility within the home environment only.

What are your Open Business Hours ?
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm. Twenty- four hour on-call emergency service.

Do you deliver on the weekends?
All-Med only delivers on weekends for hospital discharges and emergency service only.

How can I send you the RX if I don’t have a fax machine?
Upon delivery of your equipment, our HCT can pick up your prescription.

What is the process in order to get equipment?
Your physician sends the order to the Medical Director at your Health Plan for review. If there is any additional documentation that is required, they will contact your physician directly.  Your health plan will then send the approval to provide the services to us.

I have equipment from another company.  How do I transition to your company?
All medical records from previous provider. Contact your current provider and request that your order be sent to All-Medservices. Once All-Med receives the information or signed release, we will make arrangements with you for the transition

Do you provide braces, splints, Diabetics shoes, orthotics or Prosthetics?
Not at this time.

Where are you located?
Our headquater office is located at 14101Commerce Way, Miami Lakes, Fl 33016

What other offices do you have and where?
All-Med has 5 Distribution centers located in Jupiter, Ft. Myers, Bradenton Tampa and Orlando.

Do you have a showroom?
No.

Do I get to choose colors and models of Scooters/Motorized chairs?
All-Med will only deliver equipment that is covered under your plan and is available in stock. We do not differentiate in color and model. Physician orders that specify a particular make/model must be pre-approved by your Health Plan in most cases.

How can I have your company service my scooter/motorized chair?
If it is a patient owned scooter/motorized chair, All-Med would need to obtain an authorization from your health plan.

I’m traveling outside the State what should I do for my oxygen supply?
Locate a provider in the area where you will be staying and make arrangements with their company to deliver oxygen services.  Always check with your health plan before making any arrangements.

What Insurance do you take?

Medicare, Medicaid, CarePlus, Wellcare, Freedom, Amerigroup, Advantage, Aetna,  Amerivantage, Av-Med, BCBS/PPO, Beech Street, Best Choice, NHP, Healthease, Health Sun, Healthy Kids, Humana PPO, Medica, Preferred Medical, Quality Health, Staywell, Total Health, United (only certain Medicare groups) and some others.

What does my insurance cover?
Your coverage is based upon the item, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and the specifics of your Plan’s contract.
