Extended Customer Service

Customer Service Representatives are on call 24/7 for our patients and clients.

All-Med guarantees home care technicians, respiratory therapists and delivery trucks are there to help every hour of the day, every day of the week.

Our regular hours are weekdays until 7pm and Saturday until 5:30. On Sunday and at night, our on-call staff manages deliveries and services.

We staff enough representatives to handle the volume of calls we receive. We minimize the amount of time our representatives are on the phone per call and a supervisor is available at all times to deal with more complicated calls.
