Extended Customer Service

Customer Service Representatives are on call 24/7 for our patients and clients.

All-Med guarantees home care technicians, respiratory therapists and delivery vehicles are available to meet your medical equipment and respiratory needs all day and any day of the week.

Our extended regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. On Sundays and after hours we have an on-call staff that will respond to any call within 15 minutes of being notified.

We staff enough representatives to handle the volume of calls we receive. We minimize the amount of time our representatives are on the phone per call and a supervisor is available at all times to deal with more complicated calls.
